At coolhockey.com, we will take care of your jersey to the best that we can, but we cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur throughout the course of the transaction.

In the case of jerseys that have a value as a collectable we will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur to any signature.

Shipping Info: Please ship your jersey to coolhockey.com at your expense. Please make sure that a Tracking Number is available for the Parcel. We are unable to accept any package that has any outstanding charges that are to be collected upon delivery. Any parcels that arrive with charges due on receipt will be refused and returned to sender. If mailing from outside of Canada, to avoid duty charges, clearly indicate on your package “Canadian Goods For Return.” If this is not indicated on the package it will be subject to charges upon entering Canada.

Please ensure that your jersey is properly protected and is shipped in a box or in tear resistant packaging.
