Returns & Cancellations Policy
Thank you for shopping at CoolHockey. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our non-customized products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. Customized and personalized products are made-to-order, and cannot be returned once placed.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: the product was purchased in the last 30 days; the product is in its original packaging; the product isn't used or damaged; the product is not personalized or customized, i.e. with a players name and number.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Cancellations: Your jersey is made-to-order, so we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed and hits our production facility. Changes to the name, number, or size are not possible, and only blank jerseys are subject to our returns policy.
Blank Jerseys: Items with no name and number customization can be returned within 30 days of delivery at no charge. Returns must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags and labels included as per the time of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping and associated costs.Your returned item will be inspected before a refund is processed at our discretion. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your original payment method. We will email you confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Customized Jerseys: Items featuring a player name and number, are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable and not subject to exchange. Please be sure of the item and size you are purchasing before placing your order, as we custom build the item to your specifications. The item CANNOT BE RETURNED once it goes into production.
Personalized Jerseys: Items featuring your own name and number, are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable and not subject to exchange. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from CoolHockey
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
