WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders placed on coolhockey.com will ship from our facility in New York, USA. Shipping times kick in when your item(s) leave our production facility. Please allow for the production time noted on your order - listed as 'Estimated Ship Date' - which can vary depending on seasonal factors. You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of your order being scanned out of our production facility.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL ZIP CODES?
No, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes in the U.S., your best bet is to use an address where someone is available to receive the parcel, or use a FedEx location that you can pick-up from.

Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.
