All players will be chosen from pre-selected designated 'boxes,' allowing you to select your ultimate lineup!
Each Team Will Consist Of 13 Players:

SCORING 🔢
Goal: 1 Point
Assist: 1 Point
Hit: 0.5 Points
PIM: 0.25 Points (per minute)
Fights: 0.5 points (per fight)
BONUS:
Hat Trick: 3 Bonus Points
Gordie Howe Hat Trick: 3 Bonus Points
Overtime Goal: 1 Bonus Point
GOALIES 🥅
Win: 1 Point
Shutout: 1 Point

TRADES 🔁
Each team will be allowed FIVE trades per month. You can only trade players in and out of the same box, I.E. You can only have one of Auston Matthews, Connor McDavid or Nathan MacKinnon from the Face of the Franchise Player Box at any given time.
The points are kept from the player that was on the active roster up until the day of the transaction, and then the CoolHockey GM only receives the points for the new player from the transaction date onwards. Keep in mind that each position in each box is only eligible to play 82 games in a season.
THE GRAND PRIZE 🏆
Following the conclusion of the 2023-2024 NHL season the team with the highest amount of points could be eligible for The ULTIMATE CoolHockey Playoff Experience.* You could win two tickets (value up to $1000 USD) to any 1st Round NHL Playoff game of your choice, $250 in Spending money for the night of the game, PLUS two free, fully customized jerseys of your choice to rock at the game!

Places 2-101 will receive $75 in CoolHockey Cash to be used that month
Places 101-250 will receive $50 in CoolHockey Cash to be used that month
Places 250 - XXX will receive $25 in CoolHockey Cash to be used that month
**Free jersey can only be won once per season. In the event of an entry winning twice, the free jersey will go to the 2nd place winner that month, and so on.
*To be eligible for the Grand Prize, your team MUST score at least 2,003.25 points throughout the entire 2023-2024 NHL season. Once teams have crossed this threshold, they will be eligible for the Grand Prize. If more than one team has passed the 2,003.25 mark, the team with the higher amount of points will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the team that has scored more total combined goals throughout the entire season will be declared the winner. This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service. The prize is solely for personal use and cannot be resold or used for any commercial purposes. If you are unable to accept the prize as awarded, it will be forfeited.
